Being part of our client experience team is more than just delivering work on time, to brief and on budget. As Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted link between our clients and the agency – establishing deep-rooted trusted relationships to push both our clients' businesses and MadeBrave forward. You’ll support your Account Director in driving strategic growth, while championing our creative philosophy and ensuring every project delivers maximum impact.

The role
Manage the day-to-day running of accounts, ensuring delivery excellence across all projects
Act as a key point of contact for clients, keeping them supported, informed, and confident in our partnership
Collaborate across teams to deliver brave, culturally relevant creative work
Working with the strategy and creative teams, support the strategic and creative direction of your client accounts
Translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for creative and project teams
Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables, working with the Account Director and Project Management to keep everything on track
Work closely with your Account Director and the Client Experience Director to achieve the company vision and ambitious OKRs
Stay ahead of industry trends, client sectors, and competitor activity to strengthen recommendations and relationships
Be a champion for the MadeBrave brand, purpose, values and positively contribute and enhance our culture
What we’re looking for
A natural relationship builder with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to track budgets and account performance
A proactive problem-solver who spots risks early and finds smart solutions
Someone who thrives when delivering across multiple client accounts, multitasks with ease, and keeps momentum high
A curious mind, hungry to keep learning, sharing, and exploring new tools (including AI) to work smarter
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit , can do attitude and bags of positive energy
Excellent problem-solving skills, driven my constant proactivity
Great communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Full-Time position
Salary Banding: £28,000 - £32,000
Hybrid Working - 2 days per week in our Glasgow studio and 3 days working from home, with flexibility to work more studio days if preferred

33 days annual leave, inclusive of 8 public holidays
